THESE TERMS MAY BE ALTERED AT ANY TIME BY CHICAGOTRAFFICEXCHANGE.COM AND THE ALTERED AGREEMENT BECOMES BINDING UPON POSTING OF THESE CHANGES. BY USING THE SITE AFTER THESE CHANGES ARE MADE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE NEW TERMS SET FORTH. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE SET FORTH BELOW, YOU MAY NOT JOIN CHICAGOTRAFFICEXCHANGE.COM.

Direct Reference to ChicagoTrafficExchange.com in ANY email is prohibited. If sending email regarding the exchange, you must use URL redirection, which can be found at SnipURL, TinyURL, or Bravenet, among other redirection service providers.

Spamming is prohibited and any spam complaints against you may result in the loss of your ChicagoTrafficExchange membership. Legal action will be pursued by ChicagoTrafficExchange.com due to any damages caused by spamming.

As a member of ChicagoTrafficExchange.com, you agree to receive periodic emails from its administration that may include information and/or special offers. We do not sell, rent, or distribute member information.

Any cheating, including the use of cheating software is prohibited. Should a member be caught cheating, their account will be immediately terminated.

Web sites that are entered by members:

May have only 1 pop-up window
May not break the surf frame/surfbar
May not contain any illegal, pornographic, drug-related, hateful or discriminatory content.
May not contain any scripts that cause downloading or installing of software or browser plug-ins on the viewer's computer
May not contain viruses, trojans, or other harmful materials

Any sites violating these terms will be removed by the administration, and may result in the loss of the member's account.

You are responsible for any subscriptions to ChicagoTrafficExchange.com. If payment is cancelled, the member's account will revert to a free account under the free account's terms and conditions.

Sites that involve illegal, discriminatory or hateful content, pornography, and warez sites are prohibited.

Only ONE account per IP address is permitted.

You may not sign up using an autoresponder address. Inability to mail to any member will result in termination of the account.

Your site must be in English or have an English translation.

Any member not acting in the best interest of ChicagoTrafficExchange.com will have their account immediately terminated.

ChicagoTrafficExchange is not party to any sites advertised herein and does not endorse any claims of fast or substantial income. Remember to investigage any opportunity before endorsing a program or product.
